Who is Ride Flow ideal?
Above all, for the people who like the music that sounds on most radios, that comes from other choreographed activities and that is open and curious enough to want to try new things.
What structure does the class follow?
After warming, we have a list of 12 songs. In each piece, we are incorporating movements, as if it were a puzzle, to end up dancing the entire choreography. But music have different rhythms depending on the objective to be achieved.
And what kind of exercises are done?
The fastest rhythm serves to enhance the aerobic part and, on the other hand, we carry out locking works with a lot of load in the slower sections to achieve maximum force.
